Who we are

Hatch is the entrepreneurship incubator at Carleton University supported by the Carleton University Students’ Association (CUSA). Operating out of Carleton University, Hatch is a place where student entrepreneurs, creative minds and people with different skills meet to leverage each other’s knowledge and expertise.

Each year, Hatch selects a group of lucky and hard-working undergraduate students to develop their ideas into a customer-facing startup and students who are trying to strengthen the product or business development streams of their existing businesses.
 

Hatch cohorts benefit from a variety of resources and programming, including:

PROGRAMS

Brown Bag Lunch

Bi-Weekly meetings with cohort members and guest speakers that include; mentors, industry leaders, and local entrepreneurs that keep you on track to build your business idea.

Networking and Guest Speakers

Our program focuses on motivation by keeping our entrepreneurs excited and engaged every week with more frequent workshops, meetings, and speaker events.
